Deloitte is hiring an Atlassian Senior Architect to their Cloud Engineering Practice in Business Operations service vertical You will work with the Deloitte's clients and other members of the Cloud Engineering practice Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting the current state design of the Atlassian implementation, document a target state design for clients requiring migration services, and supporting the engineers through the implementation and testing phases To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the various Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and the technical implementation requirements for them You would also act as a natural liaison between business and the technical delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders
• Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
• Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
• Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
• Collaborate with the technical resources and identify the technical requirements for design and implementations.
  
  
• Document the current state design of the customers implementation
• Document and propose a target architecture of the customers Atlassian platform, both in on-premise configuration or in SaaS configurations
• Identify and design for user authentication for the required products both in an on-premise setup and an SaaS setup
• Document any requirements of integration with the Atlassian products, and approach on how these should be migrated to the target state
• Design a migration approach for migrating Atlassian from on-prem to SaaS implementation.
  
  
• Document a detailed migration plan, including activities, sequences and durations for migrating from on-premises to SaaS implementations
• Define testing requirements and approach to be followed throughout the migration lifecycle

Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of all Atlassian products, including but not limited to Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
• Technical knowledge of implementation requirements for the Atlassian products in both client on-premise infrastructure and in the Atlassian SaaS Cloud
• Experience in using Atlassian's cloud migration framework.
  
  
• Technical expertise in designing and implementation of Atlassian's cloud migration assistants
• Experience in using the Atlassian cost comparison tools, and be able to provide cost comparisons to customers
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Technology or related field or an MBA
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud architecture
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Atlassian products
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
• Atlassian certifications
