Further roles and responsibilities:

• Understanding brand, marketing, and communications to tell Shell's story creatively and effectively through traditional and new media
• Coordinating external events and programs while collaborating with business and CR colleagues and global/regional teams to enhance Shell's reputation
• Building Shell's brand position and launching reputation campaigns through integrated communication plans and delivering announcements through various channels
• Supporting policy and advocacy efforts through relationships with editors, influencers, and community outreach activities
• Managing risk and reputation by providing strategic counsel and building relationships with reporters and influencers at national and city levels
• Managing a team of communication professionals, setting goals and deadlines, and managing the budget

What we need from you

• Ability to travel to Shell offices frequently and work in Gurgaon
• 15-20 years of experience in Corporate & Strategic Communications
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Confident and poised when interacting with senior leaders, including global Executive Committee members
• Display exceptional leadership qualities, such as a learner mindset, agility, composure under pressure, and the ability to deliver innovative, decisive, disciplined, transparent, and swift results
