Job Profile: Creative Designer

Work Location: Pune, India

Exp Needed: 0-3 Yrs

Degree Needed: BS/BE/BTech/MCA

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Designers to interpret, visually articulate, and bring to life sales and marketing implications from strategic consulting engagements (both qualitative concepts and quantitative data) to inspire and stimulate our clients into taking action;
• Leverage a variety of mediums (eg.
  
  slide presentations, video, print material, 3D props), either independently or in conjunction with freelancers;
• Create presentations with maximal impact through effective use of animations, fonts, photographs, builds, charts, graphs, and other visual elements;
• Support Senior Designers in their partnership with Strategic Planners, Managers and Principals in the Business Consulting group, working on multiple projects

Qualifications:

• BS degree required, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Art/Design, Advertising or related field;
• Experience in presentation design desirable;
• Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote;
• Portfolio showcasing evidence of strong presentation and other design work;
• Excellent storytelling skills, particularly through use of visuals
