- To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store
- Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.
- Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock
- Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards
- Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned
- Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers
- Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge.
- Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product
- Handle customer queries effectively
- Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
- Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift.
- Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations
- Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the store
- Other duties as assigned by the superior
