Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1 Interact with internal/external customers and understand requirements then do a feasibility study 2 Develop engineering requirements specifications, DVPs for validation and characterizing battery pack 3 Design of electrical circuits for EV and develop energy management for the same 4 Work with the BMS and functional safety teams to develop a functionally safe pack 5.

Test batteries at the module level and at the system level 6 Support prototype and engineering build 7 Support the activity of battery box design along with the Mechanical and thermal team for the physical safety of the pack 8 Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the battery into the final system 9.

Should be good in Circuits & Functional Troubleshooting 10 Modelling and simulation using Python and Matlab-Simulink tools 11 Interact with vendors during part development activities ExperienceBE/BTech/M.

E/MTech: 3+ years / 5+ years Industry PreferredAutomotive, Aerospace, Electrical QualificationsBE/BTech/M.

E/MTech, in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering General Requirements1 Failures/ Issues capturing in functional deliverables & interfacing areas 2.

Parts and subsystem Integration 3 Vehicle level problem solving 4 Smooth transition of developed product from R&D to Manufacturing team 5 Expertise in Design Verification/Validation Plan, DFMEA, Design Release Documents and FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System) 6.
