Job Description Position MIS - Government Annuity Function Retirement Solutions - Government Annuity Department Retirement Solutions Band 5A/5B JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for performing MIS activities pertaining to Government Annuity Business,

• Publishing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to Stakeholders with 100% accuracy
• Sharing custom reports region-wise for ad-hoc data requests
• Update and maintain the database as suggested by Retirement Solutions (Government Annuity) department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for performing the MIS activities for Government Annuity Business,

• Publishing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports/Dashboards related to the Sales Activity
• Sharing reports on Areas of Improvement and data analysis of all marketing activities branch-wise on weekly/monthly basis and sharing with stakeholders
• Interacting with stakeholders and creating the Reports/Dashboards as per requirement

Maintain database on Govt/ PSUs and competitor information

• Update the Sales, client's/Competitor data reports accurately & efficiently and any competitor's information as received from
• Government Annuity team

Continuously evaluate potential of Annuity Business in the region

• Develop specific analysis parameters
• Conduct analysis on the potential groups/PSUs and prepare reports for the Business Head
• Collect competitor information on the Government Annuity Business

• Accuracy and timeliness of reports/Dashboards
• Actual activity vs targeted activity
• Accuracy of Database (Sales, Client's & competitor information) up to date data

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• 2-5 years relevant experience
