It is also used as the primary source of data for inventory and physical asset management All network asset's field movements are updated through NSS mobile Application across all NSS local MarketsThe purpose of this role is to define and provide Network Stock Solution BAU support (SAP S4, EWM & Mobile app) across all NSS Local markets NSS BAU Support manager will be responsible to provide first level support to all markets in NSS operations, eliminating roadblocks and ensure smooth business operations NSS BAU manager will act as a single point of contact to assigned Local market business teams for any support related to NSS and integrated application with NSSJob ResponsibilityKey accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Providing L1 L2 Support to at least 4 Local markets countries on any NSS related issues in S4 , EWM and Mobile app
• Managing day to day NSS issues for local markets and provide resolutions to ensure Business continuity.
  
  
• Should help business on quick resolutions by providing techno functional support and avoidance of IT Incidents
• Coordinate internal teams and third parties/IT Teams for quick resolution on behalf of business team and bridging any gaps in process
• Highlight all opportunities and provide alerts to market for greater visibility in Project and BAU management
• Exception reporting and BAU reporting on network stock solution governance
• Close engagement with local market Heads, logistics and Head of Technology on BAU management and future improvements
• End to end Tracking of incidents and service request by coordinating with IT teams and make sure incidents are closed within required SLA
• Supporting Migration related activities and posting exceptional transactions.
  
  
• Participate and perform UAT on all upcoming NSS enhancements
• Providing user training on system and process
• Governing NSS tool performance across all local markets and handling BAU activity along with reporting
• Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities, best practices sharing across markets and ensuring SCM processes compliant with one another and deliver value

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:.

Solid techno functional knowledge of S4, EWM in MM & WM Module Excellent communication skills to ensure a transparent representation of the results, processes and procedures and the ability of providing insights using statistics and/or graphical representation Ability to challenge the existing systems and processes by using tangible reference points to propose / implement efficiency opportunities to drive simplicity, speed and improved user experience Knowledge of SAP systems, Analytical tools and Logistics principles and methods.
