Job Summary Deputy National Lead - Payments - Ops & Service Job Purpose To set up processes and controls for merchant services Make relevant changes in the processes and systems to improve the process on ongoing basis Ensure focus and delivery on all the projects committed in AOP To manage, re-design and deploy processes around Merchant Support Reporting and transaction processing operations to ensure process is streamlined and followed in rigorous manner as it impacts financially Job Duties & Key Responsibilities .

Duties and Responsibilities - 1 To design merchant service process and controls 2 Project planning and reporting 3 Identify improvement projects and external changes related projects 4.

Generate ideas for improvement projects 5 Assist in overall preparation of project plan for execution of projects and prioritize projects based on requirements 6 Prepare monthly updates and reports on project status and progress to be shared with Supervisor and Head of Operations seek inputs on course correction 7 Project management 8 To drive delivery of projects.

9 Review the project plans prepared by the team and provide inputs on enhancing effectiveness 10 Review achievement of project milestones adherence to timelines etc Resolve issues roadblocks and escalations to ensure delivery as per desired objectives 11 Engage with business stakeholders/ Operations to provide status update on projects 12.

Process management 13 Overseeing and establishing a best-in-class operations model for reporting and Merchant support 14 Responsible for overall support post onboarding for all merchant enrolment UPI/PPI transaction and drive service SLAs with partners 15 Managing call centre setup at Outsourced partner location including IVR Emails & ChatBots etc.

16 Manage different types of merchant queries and providing resolutions within TAT 17 Manage all the Chargeback and Dispute cases within stipulated time 18 Co-ordinate development and ensuring user testing 19.

Co-ordination with IT and business team for any issue 20 Overseeing the establishing KPIs across all channels and products and identifying opportunities/risks based on financial analysis 21 Coordinate with Stakeholders to address any queries and escalations drive resolution Major Challenges - .

To focus and improve query resolution time and FTR Changes in Regulatory and legal requirement as this impacts the projects decision / changes to be made to the processes Key Decisions / Dimensions - Following decisions are taken by the role: .

Strong IT bent of mind b) Work Experience Minimum 6 - 7 years of experience in Bank or Fintech in Merchant Service Overall experience of 13+ yrs Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Strong lending domain and process understanding In-depth understanding of merchant and payment systems (PPI, UPI, etc.
