We are currently seeking a technology Lead BA lead with front & middle office experience in particular hands on in managing OMS and trading platform for a global asset managerin the application management space This role will be responsible for working with Global Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Oversight, Internal IT, Risk, Legal, Procurement/Onboarding/TPRM, Alpha and CRD teamsThe role will have focus on maintaining, building out and supporting current state along with additional focus on transformationThis role will be an exciting opportunity to help migrate and build out of future in the front office space.

be part of the core team managing the build out of our investment platformThe successful candidate will have strong technical functional Trading Front office background with hands on experience of running BAU and also major upgrade of the OMS/ Trading platform in particular on OTC Derivatives investment workflowIn addition is well versed with Investment Compliance, Regulatory Compliance mandates as well as a Techno-functional SMEAnd is able to build partnerships, foster close collaboration and work hand in hand with the business and technology teams The candidate must possess an inherent understanding of technologies, relationships between technology, transformation, data, operations, in order to deliver, build and support our current and transformation end state.

What you will be responsible for As the technology Lead BA for Derivatives IT team lead / Product Owner for Global Trading you willAct as hands-on leader SME to can build a solid operational foundation, develop short and long-term strategies that drive operational excellence and show the ability to lead and execute that visionWork collaboratively with all teams within the IT group to ensure full end to end solutioningParticipate in the Trading Alpha (Front & Middle office) system upgrade to the latest version.

Participate in the Trading Front office transformation program owning specific tasks and deliverablesParticipate in BUAT, CUAT and cross functional testing for various projects/programs.

Be able to support L2 when required for SME knowledgeHelp support and improve the demand management processOwn some of the 3rd party vendor relationships and due diligence .
