Job Description:
Data management on MS Excel
Partner with regional learning contacts on national curriculum
Identify external vendors to support offsite programs
Coordinate local office space sourcing and catering
Manage signage at external locations
Provide print requirements and electronic files to concerned team
Determine technology needs for session, coordinate with ITS, Video Network Operations Center for tele-classroom sessions
Manage administrative tasks such as table assignments, attendance capture etc
Manage room set up like Materials, supplies etc
Assist with security clearance for external facilitators / participants
Upload final content to PCs / I pads
Manage onsite registration desk and traffic control
Assist Instructor / Cast / coach / participant during event
