Within Deployment in Lean Digital Core (LDC) and together with ERP counterpart, the LDC Deployment Data Migration Business Lead ensures data is delivered according to global/deployment/country requirements and timelines This position builds the bridge between the global data team and the local data owners to ensure successful execution of data migration activities on time and adherence to Data Quality StandardsMAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIESCoordinates all business-related aspects of data migration execution for LDCResponsible to ensure that adequate resources are assigned for all data migration activities.

Oversees execution of business-led DM strategy activities (cleansing, verification and approvals)Stakeholder management local countries & sites data migration contactsSupport definition of local deployment teams and coordination of deployment business DM activitiesDefine harmonized data cleansing approaches and related toolsAssumes full accountability and responsibility for Business Data Owner relevant tasks.

Approves access to data preparation directories while Business Data Owner or his delegate performs specific verification steps on DVT, overall business approval for the script is given by the Business DM LeadDiversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Advanced university degree.

12+ years in country & global roles, ideally with ERP project implementation experience Country/site experience preferred to support with data quality recognition & assuranceStrong business acumen with broad understanding of Master Data business processes, models & archetypesCross-functional project management experience able to navigate and thrive in high complexity & global matrix organizationsPeople management, and experience in building and managing virtual teams.
