The candidate will interact with development and QA teams to investigate and resolve issues The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely manner identify alternate application approaches when necessary and communicate them to customers

1) InfoWatch Traffic Monitor is a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution. It analyzes and categorizes data flow that is circulating within and going outside of corporate perimeter (both on gateway and endpoint levels) and automatically makes verdict about the type and sensitivity of data that is sent (copied, printed, etc.) The product provides security officer / administrator with advanced and easy-to-use tools for monitoring, analysis and reporting. InfoWatch Device Monitor module is used for controlling endpoint devices and creating shadow copies of all data that is printed or saved on removable media. These shadow copies are automatically sent to the united analysis and decision making system which is Traffic Monitor.
