DescriptionPerforming day-to-day L2 support activities, incident and service request management, problem analysis and resolution, configuration changes, health check & housekeeping activity, Triage tickets to support team, identify bug fixes enhancements and minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams, fault logging tracking and resolution, batch processing, interface management, extend support during release and deployment Job Responsibility

• Responsible for scalability, stability and uptime of the platform in a highly concurrent, distributed environment
• Identify and support process and operational enhancements that will further improve the services provided
• Ability to create and manage future roadmap and plans to ensure systems are compliant from a versioning and technology change perspective
• Ability to troubles shoot and identify the bottlenecks in performance and error sources and helped the developers to fix them
• Providing clear and robust technical assessment of issues and incidents to clients in war room situations
• Provide technical oversight and input to change approvals and implementation governance to enable high quality operational code is presented to production
• Disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) management: - the identification and tracking of any system component or service that constitute a cost linked with the Integration Domain or the systems in scope and the identification and proposal of solutions to minimise TCO
• Documentation management for any artefact produced by the Supplier in performing the Integration Domain Services
• Create and maintain the SOA service catalogue and BPM process library according to requirements and class leading examples from standards bodies and organizations.
  
  
• License management for all components (software or hardware) utilized
