• Responsible for defining Software Planning methods @PowerTrain SW development for its next generation development environment based on SAFe in Jira
• Support piloting activities for SAFe in Jira with project teams, including hand holding support and Mentoring to the teams

• Hands-on experience in implementing Scaled Agile Framework in projects & having deep understanding on working with Jira Able to propose solutions
• Deep understanding and implementation of Agile planning methods based on needs of SW products
• SAFe certification
• Good knowledge in software development process using Agile

• 10+ years of IT exp with at least 4-5 years working in agile framework

• Understanding of embedded development / Automotive domain will be an added advantage

• Good analytical & communication skills (oral & written)
• Self-learning with a good learning curve
• Adaptive to challenging situations
