Description- - 1 to 5 years of experience in Data Collection, Classification and Analysis in Powertrain Component and system level Validationautomobile sector, having exposure to international work environments, Specialized in durability testing and data analysis Passionate about using technology to solve problems Data Analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Sklearn, Re, Asammdf, jBEAM & Tableau) to extract and plot data from mdf, xml, csv & txt test data .

Exhaust Test (WLTC) data & Dauerlauf data analysis using Python, jBeam & Tableau Data cleansing & processing using Machine Learning model like Logistic regression in Python to identify valid data for analysis and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) & Data Visualization Working with structured and unstructured Data sets like MDF3, MDF4, CSV, XML, excel & txt for data extraction and analysis Familiarization with PySpark & SQL-- Experience in developing mathematical solutions for visualization of Data.

Trasmission/Engine data analysis & critical issue reporting Generate report as per Daimler AG guidelines Establish communication with Daimler AG, Germany and coordination between MBRDI & Daimler AG To work independently on a the projects Ensure project is delivered on time meeting all the quality requirements Assume responsibility and dive ownership in a team Proper documentation of technical data consistent with internal procedures Provide timely communication about issues and development Lead project review meetings Develop and implements risk mitigation plans for off-schedule and unanticipated occurrences Work upon the continuous improvement of key performance indicators of project.

Support for production plant Exhaust after treatment system calibration like DOC, DPF & SCR Diagnostics & OBD calibration Market specific calibrationQualificationsDurability Data Analysis: DOC, sDPF & SCR durability Data analysis as per RD/PDA & RD/PDS requirements Understand the aftertreatment system function requirements and preparing reports accordingly Coordination with various stack holders like IT, RD/PDT, RD/PPG, RD/PDMetc .

Data quality monitoring (MF4 data, DL script, abgas test data, oil dilution data) and management Daimler AG specific data (DL scripts, VRX file & Flea scripts) importer development IT Infrastructure management - File share, Server, Infrastructure costing etc .

Coordination with AMS GmbH for customization and optimization of analysis tool Intelligent data analysis --- on time intimation about abnormal behavior of exhaust system, interruption in data acquisition notification and so on RDE data evaluation & automation co-ordination Focus on automation & optimizing manual work RD/PDT & VAN/ESI data analysis team set-up and coordination .

Coordination with IT team for weekly reports & Add-Hoc reports
