1.

Fixed Term Engineer – Electronics:
a Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed fulltime BE / BTech in Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Electronics & telecommunications / Communication / Telecommunication from a recognized institute General / OBC candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks.

SC / ST / PWD candidates should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks
b Remuneration : Rs 40,000-3%-1,40,000.

In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, as per the Companys rules will be part of the remuneration package
c Period of contract: Five years from the date of joining However, the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project, performance of the candidate and at the discretion of BEL
d.

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of Electronics assembly operations and Testing of PCBs in Industrial/ Defence Electronics manufacturing industries excluding Graduate Apprenticeship/Training period
e Job Profile : Testing / troubleshooting of Fuze Electronics modules, PCBs – Assembly of Electronics modules – Supervision of Assembly/ Testing line(Rotational Shifts) – Technical Support and supply chain management of PCB Assemblies at BEL’s vendors located in Mumbai/Bangalore etc – Any other job assigned from time to time at any location in India based on the Company’s requirement

Job Profile : Supply chain management of Mechanical Parts, Assemblies – Follow up for supply of Parts from outstation BEL’s vendors located in Hyderabad/ Nagpur etc- Testing of Mechanical Assemblies – Supervision (Rotational Shifts) of Fuze Assembly line (including explosive components) - Any other job assigned from time to time at any location in India based on the Company’s requirement

Age: Upper age limit is 27 years as on 01102018.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be through written test and interview

Bel is looking for B.E. / B.Tech profile candidates.

1.Candidates meeting the above criteria shall eMail “the Scanned Copy
of filled in application” and the information in Excel file
