4 Keeps Up-to date Records and make available for Audits whenever required 5 Maintains the schedule for Dispatch and monitors the same for smooth functioning 6.

Preparation of Daily Dispatch Reports & provide it to all concerning departments 7 Priority of dispatch as per plan received from customers 8 Handling issues related to Dispatches.

9 Ensure timely removal of Consignment to avoid Demurrage charges 10 Any other work assigned by HOD 11.
