  • Maintain employee master data file for respective business team members
  • Maintenance of data such as Sales reports, stock information from SAP
  • Sales coordination for respective business with Customers, Distributors and Logistics
  • Payment and orders follow up
  • Monthly reports and presentations
  • Follow-up regarding collection of statutory forms for respective business based on Finance / Commercial / HR input.

  • Coordinate with regional commercial team to fill the gap between sales and commercial process
  • Maintain all records related to sales process like Target approval, scheme approval, tracking sales in line with the sales incentive plan, etc
Budget Management:
  • Keeping record of all promotional expenses and sponsorships etc
  • Providing provisions for the business for the month
Planning and executing quarterly townhalls & yearly events.

COE for Sales Analytics Enhancing the capability management of Key Account Managers, managing their incentive calculations Performing research and communicating with vendors and suppliers to find the best goods and services for the company Collaborate with internal departments to receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices.

Enable team to draft, implement and execute the contracts Maintain contracts in repository and track expirySchemes:
  • Prepare and send Scheme Action Memo to the Distributors, ASMs, RSMs and RCMs basis MPCF issued
Joining Formalities
  • To support on-boarding of new joinees at the regional office by providing all the required joining forms, corporate guidelines and send the duly tabulated and completed forms to HR for personal record
  • Also provide necessary support related on-boarding formalities such as bank account opening, IT support, etc.

  • Have that all new associates (both on / off rolls) to log-in Workday and update their emergency contacts in Workday - 100% compliance for their respective regions / business
C2C Compliances:
  • Responsible for driving monthly 100% C2C compliance, for on rolls and contingent employees, for their respective business/s at the regions
Other tasks:
  • Rendering assistance to Field personnel across the country ie, facilitating, sending brochures /catalogues, arranging transportation, hotel accommodation, etc.

  • Also, provide assistance to Human Resources on candidate management, VC set up for interview, etc
Secretarial Assistance:
  • Handling Correspondence / Calls
  • Travel arrangements, preparation of TERs, payments handling of the Reporting Manager(s)
  • Scheduling Meetings
  • Documentation
  • Managing records, other secretarial assistance rendered to the team from time to time
Multi-tasking
  • Simultaneous demands on time
  • No set structure in a day
  • Complex tasks of various nature each linked to a deadline
Understanding the country operations with a holistic view
  • To help respond to all queries / information requests in BUD's absence
  • Prioritizing information flow
