We are recruiting Factory Managers for a Very Big Retail Giant for Mumbai & Gujarat Position No 1 - Area Manager ( Factory) - for Grocery Packaging Unit Location - Mumbai , Gujarat Experience - 10+ years Qualification - BE / Diploma - Mechanical , Electrical , Instrumentation Only male candidates Budget - 20 lpa Job Description 1Handles multiple PC's 2Ensure all processes are followed for timely opening & closing of PC : 3Should be system savy and exposure of handling SAP - WMS.

4To ensure total coordination between various departments in the DC by following the warehouse process 5Apply knowledge of rules & regulations related to laws like FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Labour Laws etc while liasoning with various govt officials & departments.

6Has to Train & Develop team members 7Has strong vendor management skills, has excellent Numerical ability and can do data analysis to arrive at different scenarios Is very high on integrity & discipline.

2Use his knowledge, skill & technical expertise to ensure rated capacity utilization of machines so as to be cost efficient ----- Device innovative ways for reducing cost of packing by working on laminate structure & , bar coding etc 3Interface with DC and stores for ensuring timely supplies without any SKU's going short.

4Should ensure that safety, quality & hygiene standards are maintained in the production center as per FSSAI specifications Observe and identify minor changes which can have adverse effects on factory operations 5Achieve the specified quality standards consistently and also develop processes to improve quality standards.

6Should be conversant with the statutory regulations applicable for the site and ensure strict compliance with the rules Prepare weekly performance report & monthly MRM reports and share with the SCM team 7Execution of minor projects like installing packing lines or process equipment etc.

8Should be well versed with statutory compliance for operation of the factory (DISH, MPCB, IBR, Factory Act, Environment Law, Food Safety, CCP, CP, Diff License for Factory operations to etc ) 9Should have experience in handling all government authorities like factory inspector, labour inspector, FDA, MSEB, WDL, Weights & measures etc 10Keeping records of renewal of licenses & plan to submit the required documents 11.
