Manage the execution of regional / global strategies for own part of the organization and the correct and timely implementation of BPA processes and policies and ensure adherence thereof Deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information Lead the development of detailed budget and financial forecasts for use in Global and Regional, country, Business Franchise (BF), and Business Unit (BU) planning Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results.

Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data: Sales trends, Functional Expenses, Other Income and Expenses, Impairment review, Management Cash Flow, Capital Investments, life time costs for projects, NPV etc -Support the organization's leadership team with financial analysis (including Risks & Opportunities analysis), cost analysis and control and drive corrective actions Conduct value added analyses, eg.

Resource Allocation, Profitability analyses, Benchmarking to recommend short -and long-term targets and improvement areas -Manage and ensure the development of a team of experienced BPA professionals Provide leadership in preparing business cases, participating and value adding in key negotiations for mid investments and programs/projects for the domain/sub domains Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).

Partner TA heads in expansion of the business through identification of opportunities of growth and support them with complex analysis, reporting and forecasting Plan for new commercial and BD&L models, and make business presentations to the Country and Regional teams Ability to work in an unstructured environment Work closely with different finance team in FRA, FC&C, Corporate finance, internal audit, Taxation and Treasury locally and with region/global teamsDiversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you'll bring to the role:.

Education & Qualifications: MBA - Finance and / or Chartered Accountant Experiences Prior Business Partnering experience is required Experience in Pharma industry is preferred Experience of Business Partnering at senior levels with the ability to access and influence stakeholders who are part of the senior Management .

Minimum 10 years (post qualification) experience Should have a good experience of Country business Finance having worked Hands-on during Budget cycles and anchored the FP&A function during the career Experience in strategic finance roles covering BD&L deals .
