• Job Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for field operations and maintenance of FTTx network2 OLT, ODN Network HOTO within SLA3 Corrective and Preventive Maintenance4 Plan , monitor and control spares material, TMI and Tools requirement& availability as per design norms for assigned Scope, Calibration ofTMI.
  
  5 Resolve O2A issues assigned to O&M6 Coordination, supervision and technical support to FRT and Technician7 Liaising with local authority/building owners etc8.
  
  Interface and coordination with cross functional teams (Consruction,Home Care, Business, MSP etc)9 Material related activities
• Skills & Competencies : 1 Hands on experience of Splicing, OTDR, LSPM and cable locator2 Fiber Network O&M Experience3.
  
  O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipments4 Good Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication5 Basic knowledge of Transmission/DLC/OLT equipment`s6 Good communication Skill7 Analytical and problem solving skill#LI-SH1
