• Job Responsibilities : 1 Define and monitor KPI`s for TV service, Internet of Things (IoT) andOver the Top Media service (OTT)2 Measure and monitor service outage and service degration3 Analyse by building correlation with inputs from various datasource like device, network, content and origin server to proactivelymonitor customer experience4.
  
  Take input to cross functional teams for enhancing serviceexperience5 Work with Analytics and Automation team for creating dashboard6 Time to time audit of process through the life cycle journey ofcustomer and monitor experience7.
  
  Work closely with analytics team to create new set of KPI`s forimproving customer experience8 Use probes and tools to analyze user and platform behavior andsuggest for improvement in performance9 Ensure adherence to standard operating process to achieve endobjectives
