Guest Relation Executive (Sales Office): - Requirements and skills: - Greeting and welcoming visitors, organizing refreshments and AV presentation for customers Collaborating with the sales team and allocating walk-in clients to the closing manager based on the round robin system Keeping a monthly register and spreadsheets for walk-in customers Obtaining and stocking up with housekeeping and stationery supplies and inventories Making daily rounds of the sales office and ensuring its proper upkeep.

Managing couriers and assets Answering phone calls and directing clients to the right personnel Offering useful information to customers or personnel as and when needed Age group of 22-28 with 1 year of experience in Front Desk Executive BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable): Should be assertive and persuasive An individual with high energy and enthusiasm v CTC: - (Depends on current ctc & exposure) v OT (After working hours) v Weekly off in week days.

v Working on public holidays and get off on weekdays v 6 weekly off in a month
