Work in close collaboration with business team and facilitate them with seamless credit underwriting of potential partners 2 Coordinate with the leadership team of business partner, obtain/evaluate all necessary documents for the purpose of credit underwriting 3.

Ensure 100% compliance in our lending standard adhering to the credit policy of the company 4 Be the custodian of credit policy for retail lending business, evaluate the policy adherence time to time and raise red flag when it is breached 5 Work closely with risk team and highlight possible credit losses at different point in time.

Will be responsible for managing credit cost at the lowest level benchmarked to industry 6 Will network in the industry and evaluate credit polices of others and suggest management to respond to external stimulus whenever needed 7 Will provide expert view when new products or processes are to be introduced and give signoff.

8 Play a checker role in credit underwriting and ensure 100% process and quality assurance as per the organizational policyEducation: CA, CFA Or MBA in finance
