Roles And Responsibilities :

You will be supporting customers of India's largest Bank

You will be handiling Customer Support Voice regarding their Banking related quiries

You will be handling queries about the customers Bank account and banking related quiries

This is Rotational shifts process

5 days working and 2 days rotational off ,Should be an immediate joiner

Salary : 33k CTC and 28k TH

Languages: Fluent Hindi and English

Education : Graduate

Experience : 18 months of experience in BPO banking - Customer Support executive

Ability to handle Customer Quiries.

A team player

Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues

Display Ownership and accountability

Quickly build trust and confidence with customer

Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically
