JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will be supporting customers of the India's largest Auto,Cab Provider company in the Indian region
• You will be handling Calls Regarding Travel Related Queries
• You will be handling Calls Regarding the customers who areTravelling through the Auto orCab
• Six-days working with One day rotational off

Required Candidate profile

• Good communication skills in English+Hindi/Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam
• Ability to handle irate customers
• Solve Customer queries
• A team player
• Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues
• Display Ownership and accountability
• Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
• Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically
• Excellent comprehension and articulation skills

Qualification: Graduates or Undergraduates Experience: Freshers and BPO Experience
