Sales Order Management (SCM)Purpose of the positionwithin TCSLooking for staff with experience in CustomerServices/Satisfaction and SAP skills English is only required languagesupportJOBDESCRIPTIONSCustomer Experience Representative (CXR) I (ACT Digital Orders) Position OverviewACT(Aesthetics, Consumables, Therapeutics) customer service receives digitalinquiries from GPOs, Hospitals, individual practices, internal Sales personnel,and administrative personnel to support order fulfillment These methods caninclude but not be limited to Fax, Email, EDI, for Botox Therapeutic/Cosmetic,Juvderm, Latisse, SkinMedica, DiamondGlow/CoolScupting, etc CustomerExperience Representatives (CXRs) serve as first-line representativesresponsible for handling inbound/outbound inquiries (80-100 orders/day),processing transactions, and act as subject matter experts as needed.
Representatives are responsible for fax and/or email order processing andresolution of issues that may prevent orders from shipping Under generalsupervision, Customer Experience Representatives process customer requests in atimely, accurate and professional manner CXRs foster the growth of astrong customer base through creating positive interactions and building strongrelationshipsMain Areas of ResponsibilitiesHandle 80-100 orders/dayregarding product orders order status product returns returns for creditdelivery status.
Partner with Allergan SalesRepresentatives and clients to provide exceptional customer service within designatedService Levels to complete order transactions and other informational callfollow upManage escalations forcustomer inquiries and route to the appropriate team/agent Underst and and be proficientin various digital channels and brands Able to flex between working autonomouslyand team collaboration when necessaryProvide excellent customerservice while acting in a professional and courteous manner at all timesRequirementsThe following listed requirements need to be met ata minimum level to be considered for the job:.
