• To train the new recruits on product and process/soft skills/voice & accent and bring them up to the expected bench mark, before they hit the floor
• Responsible to maintain the version control document for the respective up to date updated process and product
• Candidate Must have minimum 2 Years of Experience with BPO as an trainer would be considered
• Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts
• Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
  
  
• Good knowledge of Computer and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
• Responsible to handle client expectation setting/evaluation calls
• Responsible to create/curate the content/material required for his/ her respective trainings
• Responsible to execute the training successfully while maintaining feedback of 4 out of 5

Requirements:

• Have to take care of the new hire candidate and train them as per business requirement.
  
  
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers
