RESPONSIBILITY:

• Help with the recruitment strategy and fulfilment of hiring across multiple lines of business of the organization

• Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available sourcing channels

• Screening and shortlisting resume

• Cold calling to candidates

• Prepare monthly payroll change sheet

• Maintain human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time

• Document and track HR actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records

• Workplace experience activities support

• Basic IT administration - IT equipment delivery and coordination for new joiner and off boarding, maintain equipment tracking sheet.
  
  

• Good drafting (must good hands on Internet, word, power point, others)

• Experience in administering HR operations using automated tools

• Excellent time and program management skills
