Looking out for a smart Interns to be a part of our Human Resource Department The Internship will be for a period of 6 months We will offer the candidate a job if he/she is willing to join us as a Full time employee after the internship period / during the internship period based on their performance Requirements: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Interview calls, interview arrangements, Reference checks and maintaining candidate database Updating the resume database in a functional and scalable format Ideating, coordinating & executing employee engagement initiatives Collaborating with colleges for Campus placements and updating our requirements with internal stakeholders.

Managing employee productivity and motivation, employee retention & development for employees and analyzing training needs HR Administration & addressing employee queries Any other HR job as requested by the management under the skill set of the HR executive
