core HR Operations, Payroll, Attendance Management only Lead the Induction & Onboarding process for all new joiners Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Processing Generating and analyzing information received on various HR projects / activities-HRMIS Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis prepare HR analytics reports on attrition, training, employee engagement, employee query resolution etc Ensure accurate data inputs required for Payroll from HR Operations end Co-ordinating Learning and Development actions for Pune for only On-Site programs.

Ensure accurate data maintenance and work with L&D Manager to enhance the programs based on word of mouth from the employees of the Pune office Respond to employee general HR inquiries including troubleshooting and problem solving Monitor and maintain accurate data for all employees on various systems Knowledge of HRBP Function for support
