Hris Analyst Job In Ifintalent Global Private Limited In Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:Support and build solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud with long term value Evaluate and make recommendations, regarding the deployment of Oracle to solve cumbersome, manual, or inefficient processes Monitor, document, test and maintain all integrations between Oracle and other external/internal systems Identify and evaluate the applicability of new Oracle functionality as it becomes available Test and document changes related to regular Oracle upgrades and patches Assist in developing and deploying User Guides and end-user Training Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI publisher Ensure security of HR information through adherence to and development of security protocols.

Troubleshoot issues with the system raised by internal stakeholders related to use of the tool, including managing SR's with Oracle as required Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet daily deadlines, including commitment to work outside regular business hours when required to meet objectives
