• You will be answering customersupport queries
• You will be handling inbound technical queries about the productand their functions
• You will educate the customers about products, subscriptions, renewals, and new subscriptions
• This is a 24/7 supportmostly evening and night shifts
• Five-day working with Two days rotational off
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle irate customers
