Accountabilities

• First point of contact for any related demand on technology, information management, data, automation Next, advises/empowers the business in using the full capabilities of the approved Shell market-standard technologies
• Liaison with business, developers both internally and externally in delivering solutions by translating from technical to business
• Ensures the solutions are aligned with IM standards manual compliancy and data privacy concerns
• Challenge delivery team on cost/effort/design/scalability / sustainability / quality assurances etc Supervising the execution and ensuring the solution meet the Shell standards Deliver productivity improvements by leveraging unstructured data tools & technologies Provide guidance & consultancy on tools & technologies for effective collaboration Support the business/DIY coaches in developing apps in Green, Amber & Red Zone

• Analyzing systems, technology, fit for purpose and translating these to business approved design.
  
  
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex solutions
• Work closely with product managers, I&D consultants, business analysts, software engineers, and other natural teams to successful deliver solutions
• Create and update required documentation to support the release - tech spec updates, test results, deployment templates and etc
• Providing technical consultancy for the development and deployment projects on cutting-edge technologies
• Migration of the legacy applications to latest tech stack
• Troubleshooting of system issues (hardware and software)
• Ability to execute projects requiring cross-organizational alignment
• Exception written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex issues for consumption by technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
• Ability to take loosely defined business questions and translate them into clearly defined technical/data specifications
• Proven track record of being able to learn, develop, implement new technologies, ideas and initiatives
• Understanding of information management policy development and implementation, information architecture, data strategy, data governance, data lifecycle and data quality
• A firm grounding in objective classification systems, taxonomies, metadata and archival practices
• Knowledge of the legal and compliance aspects of information management including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), security, privacy, intellectual property and digital governance
• Understand the professional development process and becomes actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning
• Capability of effectively developing & nurturing relationships with external & internal stakeholders
• Comfortable to work with global stakeholders, internally and externally.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• Result oriented with the ability to identify long-term impactful opportunities/solutions for the business Ensuring on future proof and sustainability
• Competent knowledge of tools and technologies related with unstructured data including SharePoint, cloud-based IM technology, O365, e-discovery, open text, unstructured data analytics and implementing metadata frameworks
• Is familiar with RPA, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and the benefits these technologies can bring to the business.
  
  
• Understanding of how to use analytics, forecasting, trends analysis and proactive monitoring to improve Information Management processes
• Able to provide guidance and support to ensure compliance on data privacy [GDPR] and Trade Controls and other relatable regulations
• Understand the different risks, format, controls & processes management of physical & electronic records
• Knowledgeable on reporting technologies in order to deliver reporting solutions like Power BI
