Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for full cycle recruiting, Screens resumes, qualifying, interviewing, managing applications and selects qualified candidates Accurately accesses candidates for competency and skill fit, develop an effective pipeline of key talent, and utilize it Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Exceptional sourcing and shortlisting skills of highly qualified candidates through various job boards, Linked In, and references Proven Experience in Handling End to End Recruitment.

Screen Candidates based on Job description Negotiate the best offer and gather resume and required documents for client submission Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications and post jobs to appropriate job board Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile:* Candidates should have 5-7 years of strong experience as Delivery Lead * Very strong reporting, and analysis skills * Ability to do Client handling and Recruitment * Ability to think quickly and have seamless multi-tasking abilities * Strong written/documentation and verbal communication skills.
