Job Description1 Adherence to manufacturing process compliance, legal & safety requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications2 Maintaining uptime of machines and lines3.

Responsible for Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical, dispensing and Routing machines in Final assembly area4 As part of TPM Carryout Preventive maintenance as per Plan, work on Predictive maintenance and support Breakdown maintenance,5 Should identify and initiate preventive measures for all repetitive and major Breakdowns6 Adaption of systematic problem solving Techniques7.

Documentation of preventive maintenance and maintain history record 8 Establishing Spares monitoring for wear parts9 Carryout Tooling Management10Should work on Continuous improvement in maintenance11.

Should maintain 5S and Safety in his work place12 Work with CFT to address open issues13 Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing them14 work on Improving Technical availability and quality (IDC)15 Planning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts management16.

Periodical review of Preventive Maintenance activities based on breakdowns17 Work with Process experts for improvement activities18 Quick Adaption of Change Management19 Create Machine FMEA and review.

Change potential points into CBM20 Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members21 RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.

g Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )22 Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and Initiate corrective and preventive action23.
