Infrastructure Engineering Senior Manager Conferencing And Multimedia Services Job In The Wells Fargo Foundation In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

Wells Fargo is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Senior Manager for global conferencing and multimedia servicesRequirements

• 15+ years of experience in AV deployment (Cisco, Poly, Life, Crestron, Extron and other AV platforms)
• Must have experience in designing and creating standards for audio visual spaces
• Must have experience in leading global engineering teams to design bespoke and standard AV spaces, including all hands and standard conference room spaces
• Must have experience in deploying AV spaces globally (mandatory)
• Must have experience in working with AV System Integrators and ensuring timely deployment
• Must have experience in rolling out RFPs for AV space deployments
• Experience in partnering and working with facilities teams to ensure room readiness and timely AV space deployments
• Design understanding of CAD, CATIA and Pro V
• In dept understand of Video and Voice infrastructure
• Understanding of login programming of AV integrated devices (Crestron, Extron, Kramer, DSP, UC controllers, IR controllers) Added certification on UC is desirable
• Knowledge on below mentioned UC technologies:
• Have experience in working with Video conferencing solutions like, Microsoft teams, Zoom, Webex etc
• Experience in rolling out technology solutions to monitor and manage global AV infrastructure
• Video Recording & Streaming/Webcast Solutions
• Video Conferencing Systems: Cisco Room series, DX, SX series, Ex60/90
• Experience in designing and deploying Next Generation AV solutions like Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom enabled conference rooms etc.
  
  
• Cisco: CUCM, CUCM Cluster, CME, Voice Gateway (ISR Routers), Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Presence Server (IM), Gatekeeper, IP Phone (79xx, 99xx, 89xx), Jabber Client, RTMT, RTP
• Gateway, Gatekeeper, Load Balancer, SIP Server, Management & Scheduling
• Security - Firewall Traversal : Expressway/VCS-C-E, VBP 6400 - ST Series , VBP 5300 - ST & E Series
• Crestron fusion

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 7+ years of Management experience

• Bachelor's Engineering or higher
