Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : Working at client site managing facility management support 6 days a week – 9 am to 6 pm
Technical Experience : JD for FMS Engineer 1 Installation and Rollout services on New Desktops and laptops 2 Hardware fault diagnosis isolation on desktops / laptops 1st level of support on under warranty / Not in AMC assets necessary spares support to be provided by respective 3rd Party support vendor 3 OS Support on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 other System Software support 4 Software Support on Office Automation, Anti-virus software, E-Mail Client Accenture will provide necessary training
Professional Attributes : Good Communication and Customer Facing Skills
Educational Qualification : Engineering OR Graduate Knowledge of ITIL, networking and Microsoft Technologies
