Responsibilities The duties listed are intended to depict the general nature and level of work to be performed This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills which may be required The Analyst will perform the following duties with discretionary action and limited supervision Invoice processing and invoice conversion from PDFs / Images (data scraping) Upload / data entry to our web portals Understand and navigate petroleum/fuel websites/portals to download invoices (training will be given) Follow schedules to download and upload invoices Develop, publish and communicate status updates in clear and concise way Maintain and update notes on invoice downloading and converting processes Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as necessary, work with multiple priorities Use and test software, and work directly with development teams to continually improve the platform .

Daily meetings with On-site team Expected to insert minimum number of Invoices of 200 per day, bonus plans for higher number of entries 5 days a week and 2/4 weeks will be Saturday and Sunday working days, eg Week 1&2 M-F and Week 3&4 W-S Requirements PDF scraping/altering skills Data entry skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with stellar attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other equivalent tool for data analysis and manipulation Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills Good written and verbal communication, be able to communicate with both onsite and remote teams Ability to exercise sound judgment to resolve issues, including appropriate individuals in the decision-making process Experience of 3-4 years is preferable
