Why you'll love this job: This IT Governance and Process Improvement Specialist in the IT Risk Management Center of Excellence is responsible for operating various IT wide risk & control processes as well as participate is the creation of key IT wide risk management reports Your Primary Responsibilities:

• IT PRC Event Review: Perform review of IT owned Incidents, Issues, and Policy Deviations to align them to the capability responsible for adherence to control and design of control based on the IT Process Risk and Control framework
• Risk Treatment: Coordinate a process to ensure that IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity Services, IT Architecture, and appropriate IT SME review proposed risk treatments, i.
  
  e, request for policy deviations, self-identified issues, and risk acceptances
• IT Wide Issues: Participate in processes to address IT wide issues
• Key reports: Participate in the creation of quarterly IT Risk Profile reports, annual IT Risk Tolerance Statement, quarterly IT Risk Tolerance Dashboard updates, and quarterly report as efforts to address Thematic Area of Focus identified to contribute to IT risk

NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above Talents Needed For Success:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience as risk and control or audit professional within a Big 4 accounting firm or financial services industry, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience assessing risk and controls, and identifying issues
• Experience coordinating risk treatments for identified issues
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Process mapping, data collection, and analysis skills preferred
• Technology background preferred
• Knowledge of the security markets, post-trade processing and clearing and settlement infrastructure preferred
