Post - Operation ManagerWork Location - Bangalore - HybridWorking days - 5 daysMode of interview - VirtualMain requirement -We are looking for an Operations Manager who can oversee our company's hardware(IT/Smart Network related), software and computer networks activities aligned with strategic direction and long-term goalsCore Responsibilities: Monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system availability and performance issues Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers Maintain system availability and performance metrics SLAs pertaining to different systems of company Ensure systems are secured and be responsible for device and password management Oversee data backup and system security operations (eg user authorization, firewalls) Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software Assess system performance and recommend improvements Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers Manage stakeholders' communications pertaining to overall system health monitoring, support and guide them as and when required Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems Manage contracts with vendors (eg.

development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses Develop IT policies and practices Coordinate cross-functional teams and related activities Producing accurate and timely reporting of Operations status throughout its life cycle Analyzing Operations risks Working on strategy with the marketing team Skills & Expertise: Minimum 10 years of IT Operations management experience Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing, competency in Microsoft Azure hosted solutions, IOT solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven stakeholders' management skills Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (eg.

GDPR) Leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple operations Problem-solving aptitudeQualification: Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science preferably, other engineering graduates are ok too provided they have relevant experience in IT field Good to have ITILv4 Foundation Certification
