- Job Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation2 Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high servicelevels for JHD customers3 Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area asper the given target4 Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge toagents5.
Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis6 Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform - Agents,Stores, PIN Codes, Products7 JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage8 Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) forHome Delivery9 Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience10.
