• Job Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JP Operation2 Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high servicelevels for JHD customers3 Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JP area asper the given target4 Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge toagents5.
  
  Drive lead acceptance & lead delivery on day to day basis6 Ensure JP Level master configurations on JHD platform - agents,stores, PIN codes, products7 JP territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage8 Supervise and manage General Trade & own store promoters (xDSS) forhome delivery9 Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience10.
  
  Monitor and gather competition / industry plan, initiatives,policies and best practices
• Skills & Competencies : 1 Knowledge of managing, supervising direct sales teams of minimum 8-10people2 Knowledge of product and market3 Knowledge of direct sales practices4 Team recruitment skills5.
