Responsibilities & Key Deliverables- To review the circuit for BMS - To initiate & interact with CFT, lead the design engineering for system integration to realize the required BMS feature with Quality, Cost & Time - To release all technical specifications based on system requirement to internal stakeholders & suppliers for components/systems part of Battery Pack Mechanical, Thermal, (LV & HV) E&E - To interact with vendors during part development activities - To model and simulate using Python and Matlab-Simulink tools - To validate the E&E components including BMS, CSC by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level - To work with the BMS Hw/Sw and FuSA teams to develop a functionally safe pack - To test batteries at the module level and at the system level for verification of functional, performance requirements as per design - To support prototype and engineering builds, work with CFTs to Integrate the battery into the EV system & Vehicle - To support the activity of battery box design along with Mechanical and thermal team for physical safety of the pack Experience9 to 13 Years Industry PreferredOEM in Electrical Domain, Tier 1 Suppliers QualificationsBE/ME in Electrical Engineering/Automobile Engineering General RequirementsInterfacing with all inter dept teams from start to end of project to ensure First Time Right Knowledge and Awareness of development agencies and testing at agency like ARAI / VRDe/I CAT Knowledge on systems like design review's/ DFMEA's Knowledge on vehicle electrical system and interfacing parts Knowledge on manufacturing of E&E aggregates Knowledge on EV power train system including the base knowledge of EVs and associated systems like DC-DC converter, On board charger, Battery, E motor etc, Knowledge on CAN matrix of BMS and to have base knowledge on Diagnostics system management of BMS
