• Job Responsibilities : To manage effectively the L3 & Refurb operation for the region Ensure that repair vendor follow standardized process for Refurboperations To ensure effective operation and maximum recoverable units from therefurb process Coordinate parts cannibalization / refurbishment activity in centralparts stores To manage effectively the warranty claims & Partner claim operationsPan India To ensure there is no spares shortage due to poor stock planning To create system of parts , labour claim which would be automated tomerge seamlessly with ERP systems for end to end claim integration Defective material claim back process adherence To ensure there is no stock out situation for any spares at any refurbpartner Coordinate with logistics support or courier, monitor thereperformance levels and escalate in time for improvement actions.
  
  Adhere to packaging, pricing and related systems Work closely with refurb partners to ensure maximum productivity Monitor total output from each repair partner wrt FG , NTN , BER andBGA rework units Ensure units availability at refurb partner as per load projection Ensure scalability of refurb centre as per business needs , refurbcentre should be able to scale operations Monitor adherence to process document at Refurb centre Benchmark refurb process with competition and create Effectively track KPIs such as TAT, repeat repair, defective trend ,productivity per engineer/manpower at each refurb centre and createframework for refurb centre performance benchmarking
