The investment volume for a multi-year horizon project for the Lean Digital Core (LDC), which is a major transformation project for Novartis Group, spanning all units and functions globally This business and digital transformation program will future-proof the processes and technologies which enable the core capabilities required to optimally operate our business models LDC will simplify the way we work and allow us to use data for digital innovation at scale We will achieve this through a focus on high quality data at the core, supported by end-to-end processes and new technologies.

At present, we're hiring for an LDC Design Manager for Sales Orders & E-CommerceYour key responsibilities:Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible to adapt and develop the sales administration/ customer service function's capacity and capabilities according to the service needs as articulated by the Business Heads This may include handling the fields of primary market research, analysis and interpretation of data, support of sales efficiency, marketing capability development, CRM and e-marketing as well as developing multiple commercial sales channels within the country.

Lead across the Sales Support sub-functions in a small to medium revenue organization or the Sales Administration/ Customer Service team, for a large revenue organization (typically lead a medium d team) Lead the team to support the Sales and/or Key Account Management functions in providing outstanding Sales Operations services across the organization Driving the team and leading to support sales representatives and channel partners in processing orders, returns or to providing metrics and reports to Sales team while also engaging HCPs for expense payout.

Develops innovative marketing and sales processes to support and allow the sales teams in achieving profitable and market share growth in the BU's Drives efficiency and leads initiatives to improve innovation of Marketing & Sales operation processes and services Performs effective leadership, management and talent development of the Marketing and Sales Operations functions.

Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements Minimum requirements: BA in Actuarial Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields Lean / Six Sigma Certified preferred At least 3 years' experience in country and global roles within pharmaceutical industry, strong end user experience in SAP S4/HANA.

Prior experience in defining sales order entry channels (EDI, SFA, OCR) & sales orders impacted by business operational model (VMI, consignment), ideally also combined with Vistex or Model N Proven experience defining sales order entry channels, defining ERP organizational structure and data (Sales organization, distribution channels, sales office and group, delivery plant, sales and costumers' payment options, master data, etc) Prior experience in defining rule for customer invoice (eg after PGI or after POD), define rules for billing date and revenue recognition in Finance at invoice creation and cases for invoice correction (tax, quantity, price), defining the returns scenarios.
