How you'll make an impact:POSITION SUMMARYThe Legal Analyst is responsible for working closely with our Legal Affairs and Sales team reviewing sales contracts and other legal documents, research facts, and prepare and organize documents The ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where it is necessary to 'wear many hats'PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working with corporate in-house counsel, review legal and commercial documents and contracts, including master services agreements, RFPs, non-disclosure agreements, purchase agreements, reseller agreements, leases, and employment agreements.

Coordinate results of such documentation reviews with sales representatives, department directors and help negotiate satisfactory outcomes with client and contractor staffs Manage document execution and oversee correct archiving Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures.

What we're looking for

• Paralegal or contracts administration experience, including contract review and negotiation, preferably in both private practice and corporate settings
• BS/BA degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, including the ability to weigh and articulate the risk and benefit of various scenarios and propose effective resolutions
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Effective communication skills with non-legal staff, such as our sales, consulting, and management teams as well as with client representatives.
  
  
• Willingness to take on additional duties in a growing company
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with very tight deadlines
• Experience with federal contracting would be a plus
