Roles and Responsibilities: Analysis of current legacy Mainframe SCM configuration in Endevor Migration of Mainframe source codes from zFS to USS and to distributed SCM tools Creation of automated scripts for the end-to-end migration Analysis of complete Endevor processors with all the required details and development of replacement scripts in distributed platform, preferably Groovy scripts Replication of entire Endevor architecture in the distributed platform using modern distributed tools Analyse any legacy USER EXITS and provide solution for the same Perform Git branching for the existing Endevor architecture Develop Groovy scripts for performing the build on source codes Provide deployment scripts in the distributed deployment tools for deployment of source codes Replicate and optimize any automation that are currently in place with a modern solutionSkills Required: Mainframe Endevor SCM Administration Dev-Ops ChangeMan and ISPW knowledge is added advantage Proficient JCL knowledge Good knowledge on overall Mainframe architecture Good knowledge on REXX, CLISTS, PANELS, COBOL, LINK Process and COPYBOOK Knowledge on different Mainframe tools like Debug, FileAid, Xpeditor, JCLCHECK etc Knowledge on distributed SCM tools like GitHub, GitLab etc Knowledge on Pipeline Orchestration, preferably Jenkins Knowledge on UCD and Artifactory Groovy Scripting Knowledge on IBM DBB, CI/CD Pipeline
