electrical & Machinery Maintenance & repair, Trouble shooting of Electrical & Mechanical faults and good Task Management Ability If DME, then 4-8 years of experience is required If BE/BTech, then 3-7 year of experience is required Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance Responding to breakdowns Diagnosing faults Repairing equipment.

Supervising engineering and technical staff Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings Managing budgets Maintaining statistical and financial records Responsible for all the maintenance activity (Electrical/Maintenance/Hydraulic/Pneumatic) carried out in the Company Premises Responsible for up keeping of utilities & machine accessories Responsible for Infrastructure related activity in the Company Premises Responsible for Documentation work related to Maintenance Responsible for EHS Implementation & Compliance To ensure 100% HSE requirements are followed Report Near miss, incident and accidents to Safety committee members Maintaining and up keeping of 5S Responsible for activities related to AMC office & factory equipment Responsible for Calibration of Weighing Machine & other equipment's Accountable for up keeping of Machine to the required level of expectations as decide in the KPI Execution of effective preventive maintenance plan within due period Completion of Project Infrastructure related within agreed timeline Testing & recertification of Slings and material handling equipment's Maintaining/updating relevant documents for Maintenance Accountable for Installation & commissioning of new machines 100% compliance to HSE requirements all time To reduce near miss, incident and accident.
