Job Description:
As a Maintenance Trainee you carry out projects within the framework of our improvement program ‘Maintenance Action Plan’, with the aim of raising maintenance to a higher level The program lasts approximately 1 year and starts continuously We expect you to show initiative within a project in order to motivate the MBO technicians with your ideas You will really have to change the mindset of your colleagues! By working together with your colleagues in the factory, you ensure an increase in the reliability of the installations The Maintenance Traineeship consists of 60% projects for the overall improvement program, 20% projects according to your own interpretation and the last 20% will consist of training and trainee consultation.

Do you have a maximum of 4 years of work experience
